Church Wedding Invitation Wording
Church wedding invitation wording is typically more formal than other styles of invitation, such as that for a home wedding.
It is customarily sent to the wedding guests six to eight weeks before the wedding.
The church wedding invitation does not require a written acknowledgement, except in those specific cases when there is a request for it.
Instead of the usual initials, R.S.V.P., it is considered better form to say simply, "Please reply."
